1. Use antivirus or antispyware.
2. Turn on firewall.
3. Frequently scan for virus.
4. Never open unknown email sender.
5. Turn off Autoplay (apply to XP Pro, Vista, and 7 Ultimate only)
a) Ctrl + R to open Run.
b) Type 'gpedit.msc' without the ''. Enter.
c) Go to service template at the right panle.
d) Search Turn Off Autoplay. Right click to open properties.
e) Stop and disable it.
6. Never download risky torrent (very DANGEROUS)
7. Constantly update anti-virus.
8. Use open source Operating System (OS) like Ubuntu to be safer. Besides, it can be run
via CD, USB or any bootable media.
