How to Become Mentally, Physically and Spiritually Fit





1.    Jog for at least 15 minutes a day. (For beginner it is suggested start with  
       10 or 15 minutes and    
       increase it gradually).
2.    Try to avoid processing food (may contain toxins and contaminants)
3.    Those have religion especially Muslim focus in your prayer (very effective).
4.    Read a lot.
5.    Avoid watching porn, violence medium or masturbate.
6.    Be a risk taker if possible:
       - give speech when ask
         ~ you will learn your mistakes
7.    Apologize others especially before go to sleep.
8.    Eat moderately.
9.    Ensure enough vitamin E (blood), C (immune), Omega-3 (brain)/ honey 
       fully recommended
10.  Eat nuts to replace junk food.
11.  Bath 3 times a day.
12.  Sleep 7-8 hours a day.
13.  Discipline in time of eat.
14.  Make good friends.
15.  Avoid negative, increase positive.
