Windows Vista & 7 Recover

1. Use FixWin, Ultimate Windows Tweaker, GodMode Creator or any other softwares
    by Ramesh Kumar (100% free) provided by the Microsoft Valuable Partner (MVP).
2. Restart PC, press F8
    - Use Last Known Good Configuration mode; fail?
    - Use Startup Repair, try System Restore; fail? Retry...fail?
    - Use safe mode with command prompt
      ~ type 'sfc/scannow' in the command prompt without the '' to repair system file
      ~ type 'chkdsk' in the prompt withou '' to check disk errors
4. Use Hiren Boot CD to scan for antivirus or use free Bitdefender Recovery CD
5. Ask at Microsoft Answers.
6. To recover file from the fail PC use Ubuntu to boot. You can freely browse through your
    Windows file by using it.
